Offer description

Our Services team keeps some of the UK’s best‑known retail brands moving—briefs in, assets live, stores supported, and campaigns delivered. As our new Account Executive, you’ll be the calm at the centre of the action: setting jobs up in our tech stack (Synergist, Canopy, Media Centre), keeping projects on track, and making sure every request gets the fast, friendly service ITG is known for.

What you’ll be doing

* Set jobs up in ITG systems (e.g. Synergist, Canopy, Media Centre) and keep everything ship‑shape from brief to delivery.
* Support campaign briefs—helping translate client asks into clear, actionable tasks for our delivery teams.
* Own smaller, ad‑hoc briefs end‑to‑end (take the brief, run the RFQ, keep stakeholders updated).
* Assist on RFQs for larger projects, coordinating inputs and timelines.
* Manage the Pricing Portal and keep data tidy and up to date.
* Download and traffic approved assets from Monday.com, Canopy or our FTP and make sure the right files land with the right people.
* Produce POD (proof of delivery) reports for every despatch and share promptly with clients and the CSC team.
* Work through Help Desk tickets within agreed SLAs, keeping everyone in the loop.
* Coordinate new store & remodel rollouts so openings run like clockwork.
* Run the Service Hero / Recognition Portal—process orders and keep the Canopy site current.
* Pitch in with team admin, including creating client allocations to enable RFQs.
* Visit stores occasionally to support franchisees and feed into monthly client reporting.

Requirements

* You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
* A natural relationship‑builder—confident with clients and a great teammate.
* Service‑driven mindset: you put customers first and follow through.
* Methodical and organised, with smart prioritisation.
* Curious and willing to learn, always happy to help and with a positive outlook.
* Print/POS experience is a plus (training available).
* Excel skills/experience is also a plus
