People & Culture Director
The People & Culture Director role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a people strategy that brings the co-ownership culture to life - ensuring every co-owner at Yeo Valley feels that they belong, has influence and has an exciting future. You will be working as a key member of the Executive team to continue to shape and drive the business strategy of Yeo Valley.
Key responsibilities include:
* Translate the purpose, vision & long-term goals into an impactful people plan
* Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Team
* Lead and inspire a people team of c.20 covering HR, Talent, DEI, L&D, and Change
* Build leadership capability and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
* Champion co-owner voice, meaningful engagement, wellbeing, and reward
* Drive progressive, human-centred people policies and future-focused workforce planning

Essential experience:
* Proven HR leadership & cultural transformation experience (ideally in manufacturing/FMCG)
* Proven experience of operating as part of an Executive team
* Strong stakeholder & change management track record
* A progressive mindset and alignment with the Yeo Valley purpose and co-ownership vision
* (Desirable) Experience embedding co-ownership culture
* (Desirable) CIPD Level 7
