The Role
Join a fast-growing cloud innovator at the forefront of Data Management and AI as a Senior Business Development Representative, helping power our next phase of growth. This role sits at the heart of our hybrid GTM strategy – supporting and scaling our partner-led sales motion while helping stand up and grow a direct-to-market motion.
You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices. You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.
Reporting into the Demand Generation organisation and working very closely with Partner Marketing and Sales, you’ll turn campaigns and market signals into high-quality conversations, meetings and opportunities.
This role is remote. Applicants must be based and have the unrestricted right to work in Denmark, Sweden, or the United Kingdom. Relocation and sponsorship are not currently available for this position.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive partner-led growth: Run outbound partner recruitment and activation campaigns, qualify partner leads, and book high-quality meetings with OEMs, ISVs, SIs, resellers, MSPs and tech partners.
* Build direct pipeline: Execute targeted outbound sequences and follow up on marketing programs (webinars, content, events) to convert interest into meetings and sales-qualified opportunities.
* Shape the BDR engine: Help define and refine the BDR/SDR workflow (lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity), maintain playbooks, talk tracks and templates, and ensure strong data hygiene in HubSpot. You'll influence how the entire team operates through your playbooks, feedback, and demonstrated best practices.
* Use AI and modern tooling: Leverage HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist and AI to enrich data, personalise outreach at scale, and run signal-based, intent-driven plays - then coach peers on how to adopt these approaches.
* Collaborate across GTM: Work closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing and Sales to translate campaigns into concrete BDR plays and provide feedback from the field to sharpen ICP and messaging. You'll influence strategy through insights from the frontline
* Elevate the team: Operate as a trusted mentor and thought partner in supporting future BDR onboarding and demonstrating high standards in activity quality and approach. Share frameworks, coach on technique and contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the business.
What We Are Looking For
* 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS / software in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales or Business Development roles.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets for meetings booked, SQLs and pipeline creation.
* Experience supporting partner-led / channel motions (OEMs, resellers, SIs, MSPs, ISVs or technology partners) and/or hybrid GTM models.
* Hands-on with HubSpot for sequences, workflows, lead management and reporting.
* Hands-on experience with Clay, Instantly, Lemlist or similar tools for data enrichment and outbound automation.
* Comfortable using AI to research accounts, personalise outreach and scale high-quality sequences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to run credible first-line conversations with senior and technical stakeholders.
* Process- and data-driven, with strong discipline around CRM hygiene and funnel progression.
* A collaborative, growth-minded “builder” who enjoys operating hands-on today while helping design the BDR model for tomorrow.
