About the company:
Claudia Hairstylist isn’t just a salon, it’s the culmination of a lifelong passion. Our story began in 2016, but Claudia’s love for hairdressing started much earlier. Even while attending secondary school, she found a weekend job at a local salon. At just 15, what began as a temporary gig sparked a fire within her, revealing a talent and passion that would define her career path.
Driven by this newfound passion, Claudia pursued her education at one of Italy’s top hairdressing academies. In 2012, she proudly earned her qualification as a professional hairdresser. But her journey didn’t stop there. Eager to expand her knowledge and refine her skills, Claudia made the bold move to London in 2016.
Starting in a blow-dry salon, Claudia honed her craft and built a loyal clientele. Year after year, her dedication and talent saw her visibility, trust, and service offerings grow. Finally, in 2024, her dream came true with the grand opening of Claudia Hairstylist.

Location: London, Blackheath Royal Standard, SE3 8XA, London
Start date: TBC
Contract: Permanent, Part-time with progression to Full-time

Duties are as per below, but not limited to:
Welcoming customers
Providing consultation and patch test
Advising clients about services and recommending hair products
Colour application, Highlights, Balayage, Cut (all lengths), Men’s and Kids haircut, Curly haircut, and Hair-up
Cleaning workstations, sanitising equipment, hoovering, dusting, cleaning kitchen area, bathroom, and more
Managing the booking system (Making and rescheduling appointments)
Collecting payments with the card machine and through the booking system
Opening and closing the shop
The stylist we are looking MUST have the following:
Available to start soon
The right candidate must live locally to easily commute to the salon within 30/45 min
Available during weekends, Saturdays specifically (Sundays and Monday we are closed for now, however, this might change in the future)
Valid right to work in the UK
L2&3 NVQ Qualification in Hairdressing recognised in the UK
At least 2 years of proven experience as a hairstylist, covering all the following services: Colour application, Highlights, Balayage, Cut (all lengths), Men’s and Kids haircut, Curly haircut, and Hair-up
Desirable experience: Bride service, Tape extension, and Keratin treatment
Reliable & Timekeeper
Clean and organised
