Your new company Academy Business Manager We are seeking an effective and organised Academy Business Manager to lead the academy's finance and administrative operations and support the Senior Leadership Team in delivering strong financial governance and efficient office services. The post holder will have overall responsibility for financial management, payroll, office administration, and business compliance, ensuring robust systems, accurate reporting, and effective day-to-day support for the academy. Your new role Key ResponsibilitiesFinance and Governance Lead the day-to-day financial management of the academy, ensuring effective budget control and compliance with Trust and DfE requirements. Prepare and present financial reports, budget monitoring information, and management accounts to support informed decision-making. Work closely with the Headteacher and central finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and medium- to long-term financial planning.
