IT Change Manager - 6 month FTC
£60,000 - £69,000 Per Annum Pro Rata Plus Benefits as applicable (Holiday, pension etc)
This role can be remote/home based, with occasional travel to Warwickshire
Due to increased customer demand in the financial services sector, TXP is expanding their Change Management capability; and we're recruiting for a highly accomplished, ITIL Certified UK based Process Specialist/IT Change Manager with SIAM expertise, to support the increase in demand from projects and business change initiatives from our leading, Midlands based financial services client.
As our client implements high-profile change initiatives across the business, there really is no better time for an experienced IT Change Manager/Process Specialist to join TXP.
Our client is moving into a more SIAM based model and this role is to drive and deliver strategic change and the review of processes - We need a Process Specialist.
The successful candidate will lead and promote the IT Change Management function by developing and implementing a clear strategy to ensure change is delivered to industry best practice under a robust Change Management governance framework contributing towards the design and delivery of the overall IT Service Management Strategy.
Experience/Qualifications -
Experience of successfully leading and managing IT Change
Strong experience operating in a SIAM based model
SIAM - understanding the principles
Experience moving to a SIAM based model and driving and delivering strategic change and the review of processes - We need a Process Specialist
Strong experience of managing teams and stakeholders
Solid experience of ServiceNow
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 - desirable
SIAM qualification
