A client based in Middlesborough is recruiting for Outbound Call Handler - The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer service environment, speaking with clients on the phone and who enjoys utilising social media within the working environment to expand customer contacts. Duties *Identify and qualify new customers from a broad range of industries. *Contact current & potential new customers- via telephone, email & social media. *Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers. * Maximise business opportunities. *Maintain the highest level of customer care.
