Ecommerce Manager (Shopify) - Remote - UK based
A high end homeware brand are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to oversee the daily upkeep of their Shopify website. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate product information, improving website performance, and supporting their digital marketing and customer experience teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery on Shopify
* Ensure all website content aligns with brand standards and is regularly refreshed
* Conduct routine website audits to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues
* Gather and manage product data from internal teams, suppliers, and vendors
* Collaborate with customer service to enhance usability based on feedback
* Support digital marketing with SEO updates and landing page optimization
* Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements
* Work cross-functionally with customer experience, marketing, and content teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with Shopify in a similar role
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and e-commerce platforms
* Proficient with Google Analytics, content management systems, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
* Experience in homewares, lighting, or retail e-commerce is a plus
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CRM tools is beneficial
