Bennett and Game are working with a leading groundworks and remediation contractor based near Leeds, delivering construction projects ranging from £100,000 to £20 million. Estimating & Cost Analysis
* Produce detailed and precise cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including remediation, groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure.
* Analyse project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation to determine labour, plant, and material costs, ensuring an accurate and comprehensive programme.
* Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to guarantee alignment with project requirements and cost efficiency.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and opportunities. Provide risk mitigation strategies and value engineering recommendations as required.
Collaboration & Communication
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estimating process, addressing queries and presenting proposals.
