Job Description
We are looking for someone who can translate data into simple, actionable insights, ensure KPI accuracy, highlight risks, and support senior sustainability stakeholders in understanding how contracts are performing.
This position plays a key role in maintaining consistent measurement, reporting and process standards across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect, validate and maintain sustainability product and service KPIs across multiple accounts.
2. Prepare clear performance dashboards and reports to highlight trends, issues and emerging risks.
3. Support operational and delivery teams in understanding data requirements and submitting accurate information.
4. Conduct basic data-quality checks and flag inconsistencies or concerns to the data team.
5. Translate performance data into accessible insights for delivery teams and Heads of Function.
6. Support local teams in following agreed sustainability processes and KPI frameworks.
7. Escalate risks, service gaps or operational barriers impacting delivery.
8. Design and update standardised processes, templates and toolkits to support consistent sustainability delivery.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Experience supporting operational delivery in sustainability, FM or service-led environments.
10. Practical experience with KPI frameworks, reporting cycles and performance management.
11. Background working with large, decentralised operational teams or customer-facing contracts.
12. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and process discipline.
13. Comfortable working with data and presenting simplified insights to non-technical audiences.
14. Good understanding of sustainability topics (waste, carbon, energy, water).
15. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trust across operational teams.
