The Role:
This role is the central link between customers, field engineers, and the workshop
* The role will focus on scheduling, dispatching, and communication.
* Managing and prioritising breakdown calls,
* Liaising with customer and field engineer, ordering parts, and ensuring maximum service efficiency to minimise downtime.
* Working in a professional manner to meet customers needs and expectations in facilitating enquiries and bookings.
* Request and take customer guarantees of payment, gain authorisation and initiate order numbers.
* Upload and manage all customers' details and vehicle details on our platforms.
* Manage a vehicle maintenance planner.
* Manage vehicle downtime effectively by effective liaison with other departments.
* Check for any manufacturer safety recalls and warranties
* Liaise with workshop controllers, parts advisors, service and warranty administrators as and when required.
* Manage, scan, upload and file all related documents.
* Working with department in the management of the WIP
* Working with colleagues in warranty claims
You will have previous experience in a similar role in the motor industry.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and quickly learn the products and the role
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays.
