Our Client a global tech company are seeking a Part-time Business Administrator/PA to join their London engineering leadership team to provide on-site support for their Engineering organization located in Paddington. The role will be reporting to the Business Operations Principal and part of the high functioning Business Operations team. In collaboration with the operations team, this role will support the execution of site events, employee programs as well as the site engineering community. This role will heavily focus on workplace/facilities/events support for the engineering community located in London. It is also expected from the role to help hiring managers onboard/offboard employees, submit PO’s and good receipt, review site budget expenses and other ad hoc projects (e.g. speaker events). This is a contract position that will run initially until 31st December 2025 (extendable for a total of 18 months based on budget and performance) and is a fully onsite position with a 4 day working week.
