What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar education support role is essential Experience with SEN children Passionate about supporting children's learning and development Confident working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils Able to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and staff A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
