A prominent public sector organisation in South Wales is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across a portfolio focused on FM, Estates and Services. This is a strategic role, offering the opportunity to influence sustainable procurement practices, deliver commercial value, and support wider economic and environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement projects across estates, facilities, and related service areas
Develop and deliver robust category strategies aligned to organisational goals
Provide expert procurement guidance to stakeholders and project teams
Support sustainability, social value, and local economic impact objectives
Influence internal stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with procurement regulations and internal policy
What We're Looking For
MCIPS qualified (or working towards) OR degree
Experience in estates/facilities-related procurement (e.g. hard & soft FM, M&E)
Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or a commercial environment
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business partnering and collaborative working
Confident in negotiating and managing supplier relationships and contracts
Experience working within a regulatory or public procurement framework
Analytical, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
