The Role
1. Research key prospects to contact and develop into meetings for Consultants.
2. Develop relationships within the group prospects to facilitate introductions for additional products within own line of business and others throughout the group.
3. Arrange and manage meetings for Consultants with new clients.
4. Proactively make outbound calls to facilitate new introductions to the appropriate line of business from sources outside of the group.
5. Grow and develop the client base in terms of both volume and revenue from the appropriate line of business and the wider group.
6. Develop relationships with colleagues across all lines of business to facilitate warm introductions to clients and prospects.
7. Utilise all available tools to engage with prospects, such as LinkedIn and Teams calls.
8. Accurately maintain records on the CRM system.
Qualifications
The Requirements
Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role is required, although extensive training will be provided and regularly thereafter.
This role involves working towards targets that offer the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of a competitive salary. We seek individuals who are target-driven, conscientious, reliable, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude.
