Marketing Manager – Pure Group
We are the Pure Group, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to play a key part in planning, delivering and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The role combines hands-on campaign execution with growing ownership of campaign planning, supplier coordination, and performance analysis. The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing Communications and wider marketing leadership team in delivering the overall marketing strategy. The role involves managing elements of campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring campaigns are compelling, compliant, delivered on time and within budget.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take greater ownership of campaign delivery and to manage projects and stakeholders across the marketing function, or to move in-house from an agency.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Campaign Planning & Delivery: support the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, radio, print, digital advertising, email and direct mail.
* Take ownership for delivering campaign activity from planning through to execution and reporting.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications to support delivery of the wider marketing strategy.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Channel Management
* Develop an understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, including:
* TV
* Direct mail
* Paid search (PPC)
* Paid social
* Display advertising
* Email marketing
* Website content
* Support the optimisation of campaign performance across these channels.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including marketing, digital, content and leadership teams.
* Liaise with external agencies, media partners, printers and suppliers where required.
* Support the management of campaign sign-off processes and production timelines.
Content & Brand Management
* Ensure marketing communications are consistent with the Pure brand and tone of voice.
* Maintain a strong attention to detail with accurate proofreading and quality control across marketing materials.
* Ensure messaging is clear, compelling and aligned with our values and customer needs.
Team Support & Development
* Support and collaborate with Marketing Executives and wider marketing colleagues.
* Contribute ideas to marketing planning and campaign development.
* Begin to take ownership of campaign projects, supporting the development of leadership capability within the role.
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
* Experience working in a marketing executive or similar marketing role
* Experience supporting or delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* High attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* 2-3 years working in a marketing environment
* Experience working within a regulated environment
* Experience managing campaign budgets or media planning
* Experience working with external marketing agencies or suppliers
* Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
