Our client, a respected professional membership organisation, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead their marketing function and shape the voice of the organisation.
Location: Hybrid working with at least 3 days in-office
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week | Flexible working hours (core hours 10am–4pm). 3 days per week in office (Milton Keynes)

What you’ll do:
1. Develop and deliver marketing strategies and annual plans to grow membership and raise awareness of the profession.
2. Lead multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
3. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and evaluate effectiveness.
4. Manage the member value proposition and ensure benefits remain attractive and competitive.
5. Oversee content creation, including newsletters, marketing materials, and website content.
