As a Supervisor, you bridge the gap between management and the floor, ensuring the site hums with efficiency. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Lead and Motivate: Direct the team during shifts, acting as the point of contact when managers are off-site to keep energy high and targets on track. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee picking and packing processes to ensure every order meets our strict time and quality targets. Inventory & Logistics: Manage inbound deliveries, ensuring stock is scanned, rotated, and stored accurately while logging any claims or discrepancies. Maintain Site Standards: Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized, proactively resolving hazards and completing rigorous Health & Safety checks. Optimize the Marketplace: Communicate with riders to ensure prompt dispatch and partner with Site Managers to find new ways to improve local operations. Operational Mindset: A knack for problem-solving and a constant desire to find "a better way" to run daily tasks. Accountability: The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of site performance and safety. Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy, whether it's counting stock or ensuring a customer's order is perfect. Relevant Background: Experience in FMCG, retail, warehousing, or last-mile delivery is a significant plus, especially if you have experience hitting goal targets (like pick times). Our Interview Process Step 1: Apply Apply for any role you’d like to be considered for. We’re looking forward to hearing from you. Step 2: Online assessment If your application is successful, you’ll receive an assessment from our AI hiring assistant, Maki People. This must be completed to progress. Step 3: Initial conversation If you’re successful at the assessment stage, one of our Recruitment team will get in touch. We’ll talk through your experience and what you’re looking for next. Step 4: Final Onsite interview If we decide to move forward, you’ll be invited to an onsite interview with one of our Site Managers to see the operation in action. Why Join Us? We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community organisers and more. All energised with an entrepreneurial, relentless spirit which helps us do big things as a team.
