Overview
Join our dedicated Early Help team at Dudley’s Family Hubs in a rewarding role supporting children and families in the community. We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Family Support Worker to deliver practical, strengths-based support. You will be required to work across the 5 Family Hubs listed below:
* Brierley Hill Family Hub
* Dudley Family Hub
* Coseley Family Hub
* Halesowen Family Hub
* Stourbridge Family Hub
Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to children, young people, and families, tailored to individual needs.
* Build positive relationships to empower families and promote improved outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to deliver integrated early help.
* Support the development and delivery of workshops, parenting programmes, and community-based activities.
* Help families navigate services and access timely support through the Dudley Early Help Strategy.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities across all aspects of your work.
* Contribute to service development and ensure quality support aligned with the continuum of need.
