Finance analyst

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing business to recruit a bright, inquisitive and dynamic Finance Analyst.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational and commercial performance.

Duties Include:

* Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business and operational targets
* Credit Control: Review of accounts receivable. Monitoring credit limits and assessing creditworthiness of new and existing customers
* Supporting the period-end processes to ensure deadlines are met
* Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
* Supporting the Sales and Purchase Ledge Functions including invoice processing and reconciliations
* Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions
* Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems

Requirements:

1. Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with substantial Accounts and Analytical experience
2. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
