This is a part time position working Monday and Friday, 9am-2pm.
To promote a warm and friendly atmosphere to all visitors to the home offering hospitality to visitors, residents, and their families on arrival.
To provide an excellent first impression of the home.
To answer all telephone calls in a courteous and polite manner ensuring that messages are taken and
recorded accurately, and a professional level of customer service is achieved.
To provide administrative support to the administrator and the Home Manager as
required.
To support effective and confidential record keeping in the home.
To support and maintain a positive reputation for the home in the local community.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good team player
Willingness to participate in mandatory training programmes.
Experience in a similar role
To be organised and able to work on own initiative.
Computer literate, including the use of Microsoft Office packages.
Accuracy of records, documentation and correspondence is maintained.
Confidentiality is maintained at all times.

You will be fully supported with additional training and your own personal development necessary for the completion of your duties. As a key member of the Majesticare family you will attend team meetings and other meetings as appropriate, you may be required to undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by the person in charge.
