Ref: JOB6046 Role Outline As Site Co-Ordinator you will be supporting the Client Service Delivery Manager with local and site based delivery of contracted services to achieve key deliverables such as target areas, clinic hours, clinic locations and kit allocation. Acting as the initial point of contact for site requests, directing or escalating as appropriate and resolve or respond to any issues. What you will be doing: You will take responsibility for the calibration and maintenance of occupational health equipment on-site, working closely with the Health Partner's team to ensure standards are in line with asset management procedures. You will undertake weekly stock taking/replenishment of occupational health consumables and travel vaccines and act as the local liaison for health surveillance scheduling. You will organise team training for clinical colleagues in line with site availability - instructors, venue and materials etc and support clinical colleagues with appropriate site-based events. Supporting key stakeholders with basic data requests, as agreed with the Client Service Delivery Manager such as DNAs, appointment schedules and audits. You will support the onboarding of new colleagues, direct walk-in enquires to the central admin team and answer calls for site-based emergency response and first aid services. What we are looking for: You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and will be confident using various IT systems and Microsoft Applications. Previous experience of working in a customer services industry or within an operations background is essential. Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for this position. Location: This role is based at our clients site in Govan and is for 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.45pm and 8am - 12.30pm on Fridays.
