We are currently looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a client we are representing who are well established M&E contractor operating within the commercial / residential sector within the NW.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing projects from pre-construction to completion
* Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
* Overseeing programme, cost, and quality
* Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong background in residential/apartment projects
* Commercially aware with the ability to run projects effectively
* Organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
