Shared Housing Support Worker

We are recruiting for a Female Shared Housing Support Worker to join a women-only support service in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering women and supporting those facing housing and mental health challenges.
The role:
You will provide practical and emotional support to women living in shared supported housing, helping them move towards greater independence and stability.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Using the Housing Support Register (HSR) to identify and update eligible service users
2. Completing assessments to establish support needs, identify risks, and enable timely interventions
3. Engaging and supporting women using creative, consistent, and assertive approaches
4. Developing and reviewing support plans using the Outcomes Star
5. Delivering trauma-informed, recovery-focused support and practical assistance
6. Working collaboratively within an integrated team
