We are offering a £35,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £41,000. We're looking for a Workshop Controller to join our close-knit, high-performing team. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating and assigning work to a small but busy team of Vehicle Technicians Supporting day-to-day workshop planning and making sure everything runs smoothly Managing time and resources to ensure we meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Helping the team stay productive, supported, and motivated It is essential that you have previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally from a Bodyshop or Senior Technician background.You will bring exceptional communication skills and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
