Overview
Ignis Fire and Security, part of the Ranger Fire and Security Group, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator/Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of our office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using modern office software.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate engineers’ schedules and manage their diaries
• Organise meetings, appointments, and internal communications
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations
• Handle call-outs and assist engineers with quotation support
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry tasks
Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
• GCSEs or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service and administrative experience
• Full UK driving licence
