HR Generalist - 10 Month FTC We are working with an extremely well-known, industry leading organisation on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join their team in Somerset for a 10-month FTC. This HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance on a range of matters to all employees across the business. Assisting the Head of HR across all aspects of HR that ultimately support the overall business strategy. This includes but is not limited to training, recruitment, employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, appraisal process, performance management, and any other projects that may arise. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees, providing expert guidance and support on various HR matters * Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, in a fair and compassionate manner, acting as a note taker in some confidential meetings including employee relations * Conduct thorough investigations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements * Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment * Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice * Continuously monitor, write, and review HR policies and processes, consulting and implementing changes where necessary * Maintain and update all paperwork for personnel electronic fi...
