You’ll work closely with distributors and their customers to build confidence in Haemonetics’ IVT portfolio, establish effective go-to-market plans, and ensure excellence in execution.You’ll also lead a small, high-performing team of Sales and Clinical Specialists, coordinating closely with our Marketing and Training teams to promote our products and deliver best-in-class customer support.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for each distributor to drive growth and expand market reach.* Evaluate and optimize the distribution network through analysis, segmentation, and selection of partners.* Build and nurture strong multi-level relationships with distributors and key customers.* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new market segments and product launches.* Provide regular business performance reviews and accurate quarterly forecasts.* Support pricing strategies, business planning, and customer satisfaction goals.* Facilitate clinical and product training sessions for distributors and customers.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and seamless customer experience.**What We’re Looking For****Education:** Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred**Experience:*** 5–10 years of field experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, more specifically in electrophysiology or interventional cardiology (preferred)* 5+ years in a senior sales, business development, or key account management role.* Proven experience leading teams and managing distributor networks.**Skills & Competencies:*** Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and solution-selling expertise.* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.* Highly organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.* Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus
