About the Company: Our client is an established, fast-growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor, specialising in residential groundwork packages for major housebuilders and developers. With a solid pipeline of projects across West Midlands region, they are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The Role: As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple residential groundwork projects from inception through to final account. You will work closely with the project and site teams to ensure costs are managed effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
