Sherborne Schools Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Teacher of Lacrosse. While their primary place of work will be Sherborne Girls School, the postholder will also be expected to contribute to and support initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group. From time to time, they may be required to work at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business. This role provides an exciting opportunity to play a central part in both the success of the individual school and the continued development of the Group as a whole.
Sherborne Girls School is seeking an experienced leader and coach who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional lacrosse programme able to cater for participation through to performance level players. Developing unified pathways, coordinating staff and facilities, overseeing coaching quality, and promoting sustainable growth and excellence in lacrosse is key to the success of the programme. The postholder will also play a pivotal role in inspiring, coaching, and nurturing talent to achieve the best possible outcome for pupils.
