Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a leadership role in encouraging development and growth within your team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and promoting independence and wellbeing. You will also be expected to mentor and support junior care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Applicants should have experience working in a senior care assistant or similar role, as well as a relevant care qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the elderly and vulnerable are essential.
