Anexcitingopportunityhasarisenforaproactiveandexperienced HR&RecruitmentManager toleadthehumanresourcesfunctionandoverseethedaytodayofficeoperations.Akeyfocusofthisrolewillbebringingallrecruitmentinhouse,identifyingtalentgaps,headhuntingcandidates,buildingtalentpipelines,andleadingendtoendrecruitmentforalldepartments.Theidealcandidatewillbeconfidentintheirabilitytoattract,assess,andhirehigh-qualitycandidatesacrossallfunctions,fromoperationaltosenior-levelroles.Thisisadual-rolepositioncombiningstrategicHRmanagementwiththepracticalitiesofrunningabusyofficeenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
HumanResources&Recruitment(PrimaryFocus)
Leadfull-cyclerecruitment:jobdescriptions,advertising,sourcing,interviewing,andselection.
Collaboratewithdepartmentheadstoforecasthiringneedsanddeveloprecruitmentstrategies.
ProactivelyheadhuntpassivecandidatesusingCVdatabases,andindustrynetworks.
Designandmanageonboardingandinductionprogrammes.
Enhanceemployerbrandingthroughrecruitmentmarketinginitiatives.
EnsureHRpoliciescomplywithUKemploymentlawandinternalprocedures.
Adviseondisciplinary,grievance,absence,andperformancemanagementmatters.
Manageperformanceappraisalsystemstodriveahigh-performanceculture.
Identifytrainingneedsandcoordinateinternalandexternaldevelopmentinitiatives.
MaintainaccurateHRrecords,contracts,andHRISdata.
ProduceandpresentHRmetricsandreportstoseniorleadership.
OfficeManagement&Administration
Overseeofficefacilities,maintenance,H&Scompliance,andcontractorrelationships.
ProvideadministrativeandPAsupporttoseniormanagement(diary,travel,meetings).
ImplementandmaintainSOPstoensureefficientinternalprocesses.
Managesupplierrelationshipsandofficecontracts.
Qualifications&Experience
CIPDLevel7preferred(Level5considered).
Minimum5yearsexperienceinacombinedHRandofficemanagementrole.
Provenexperienceinfull-cyclerecruitmentandheadhunting.
StrongknowledgeofUKemploymentlawandHRbestpractices.
ExperiencehandlingemployeerelationsanddevelopingHRpolicies.
