Coasthill IV — Operations Manager (Remote)
Coasthill IV is an independent music label built around genuine artist development, viral marketing, and turning emerging talent into something timeless. We release music every week, run aggressive paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, and move fast enough that our current systems can’t keep up. That’s the problem we’re hiring you to fix.
What you'd own:
• Release schedules — making sure every release ships on time with all assets (artwork, videos, metadata, ad creatives) delivered and confirmed
• Team coordination — running check-ins, maintaining our project boards, and being the single source of truth on who's doing what
• Content and ad ops — keeping our editors and media buyers on track across Meta ads, TikTok campaigns, and social content
• Systems — our project management needs a rebuild. You’ll design workflows in Notion, Trello, or Asana that our team actually follows
• Vendor management — tracking deliverables from freelance producers, designers, and creators
Who you are:
• You've worked in a music label, distributor, marketing agency, or creative studio
• You're the person who notices something is late before anyone else does
• You're comfortable holding people accountable, including people above you
• You have experience with project management tools like Trello/Notion and have built systems that teams actually use
• Clear, concise communicator
Nice to have:
• Experience with Spotify for Artists, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok campaigns
• Familiarity with music distribution platforms
This is a remote role. We care about output, not hours. Room to grow into Head of Operations as we scale.
