This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy that provides building surveying and architectural design services to high‑profile projects across the North of England. They are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Durham and hit the ground running.

Duties
* Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
* Manage a small team of junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
* Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
* Produce building regulations and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills and experience
* Degree within architectural technology
* Strong post‑qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
* CIAT registration desirable
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across various sectors
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
