With Peak fast approaching, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract as AM Shift Supervisors at our Nuneaton Hub. This is your chance to take the lead in a high-energy logistics environment where no two days are the same.
At Evri, we’re growing and we need people who can keep up. You’ll be at the heart of operations, driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring every parcel gets where it needs to be on time, every time. Working our AM shift (typically 06:00–16:00, 4 days out of 7), you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers during our busiest season.

You’ll be leading from the front, supervising warehouse operatives, managing performance metrics, and making real-time decisions that keep operations running smoothly. From coaching your team to hitting throughput targets and maintaining quality standards, you’ll be a vital part of our success story this Peak.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise Warehouse Operatives and oversee daily operations within your zone
2. Drive performance against throughput, productivity, and CPU targets
3. Support sortation quality and performance against key metrics
4. Manage SLAs, parcel presentation, and compliance standards
5. Conduct coaching sessions, 1:1s, and team meetings
6. Ensure H&S, hygiene, and audit compliance across your shift

7. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
8. Experience in logistics/distribution, ideally with team leadership
9. Ability to work at pace and meet challenging targets
10. Confidence influencing decisions using data and communication skills
11. A proactive, hands-on approach with natural leadership ability
