Youll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a steady stream of work generated through strong relationships with local estate agents. What Youll Be Doing Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, sales, and purchases. Providing a high level of client care and communication. Working closely with the Partner and wider team to ensure smooth and efficient case progression. About You 2 years experience in a conveyancing role. Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures. Proactive, highly organised, and keen to be part of a growing team.
