Role Overview
As part of the Tesco team, you'll support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring a smooth start to their travel experience. Your role involves being adaptable and fulfilling customer travel money requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.
* Act as a travel money ambassador, advising on Travelex products and services.
* Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meet performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
* Handle online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Follow legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Numerically proficient, comfortable handling cash and currencies.
* IT proficient; basic system knowledge preferred, full training provided.
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and listen effectively.
* Driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and customer focus.
Interview Process
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the team and see the environment.
4. Job offer or feedback if unsuccessful.
