A&E Nurse (Accident & Emergency) - Agency Bluestones Medical Location: Bangor Hospital Pay Rate: £20.00 - £44.00 per hour About the Role Bluestones Medical is currently seeking experienced and resilient A&E Nurses to join our agency team to support the busy Emergency Department at Bangor Hospital. As an A&E Nurse, you will assess, prioritise, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritise patients on arrival Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to deterioration Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions safely Assist with resuscitation and trauma care when required Support doctors and advanced practitioners during procedures Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients and relatives Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and departmental protocols Requirements Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult) Minimum 6 months recent UK A&E / Emergency Department experience Strong triage and acute care skills Right to work in the UK Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Pay Rates Competitive hourly rates from £20.00 to £44.00 per hour, depending on shift type and experience.
