Role: Night Hygiene Operative
Days/Hours: 5 out of 7 days, 9:00pm to 5:00am (40 hours)
Pay: Competitive weekly pay + bonus

The Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Night Hygiene Operatives to join our team. You will work across all production areas, ensuring machines, equipment, and production environments meet strict hygiene standards at all times.
What You'll Do:
* Carry out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
* Clean processing equipment and production lines to required hygiene standards, verified through sample testing
* Perform deep cleaning of production areas
* Complete post-cleaning checks to ensure tasks are carried out correctly
* Accurately complete all hygiene and cleaning paperwork
* Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures
* Check cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment are in good working order
* Work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive cleaning schedules
* Report any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hygiene or production role (essential)
* Ability to work across a variety of environments
* High level of self-motivation and initiative
* Good communication skills to understand technical cleaning requirements and report issues clearly
Qualifications / Experience (Desirable):
* 2 years' experience in a hygiene role
* Level 2 Food Safety
* Health & Safety
* HACCP
* COSHH
