Apprentice Receptionist We are recruiting for an Apprentice Receptionist at our care home, Covent House to provide a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and professionals entering the care home. The Apprentice Receptionist supports the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and assists with administrative tasks to ensure high standards of service and confidentiality within the care setting. Responsibilities Greet all visitors, residents, and staff in a professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area. Ensure all visitors sign in/out in line with care home policies and safeguarding procedures. Manage incoming telephone calls. Provide refreshments to visitors and guests when required. Set up and maintain tidy, professional, and accessible reception and communal areas. Assist in booking and preparing meeting rooms for staff and external visitors. Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, archiving, and updating records. Order and manage stationery and office supplies. Handle incoming and outgoing post for the care home. Support the Home Manager and other care home staff with administrative duties. Drive, establish and maintain our CORE values throughout your team.
