As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver homes and services that our customers can rely on. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and a flexible approach. Key Purpose: Handle a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and email, resolving housing and repairs-related issues Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide effective solutions Use your excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service Key Information If successful, you'll be enrolled in a comprehensive training plan, including a full-time office-based induction for the first 4–5 weeks.
