Position Overview: As Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of influencer campaigns, organic social projects, and content production, keeping work streams on track, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, and proactively identifying risks before they become problems. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What are the key responsibilities for the role? Project & Workflow Management Own the end-to-end project management of influencer campaigns, organic social retainers, and content production projects. Build and manage project timelines, ensuring all teams know what’s due and when. Track project progress, identifying risks early and ensuring roadblocks are removed quickly. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Account Directors, Social, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Facilitate clear communication across teams, ensuring everyone knows what’s expected of them. Keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on progress, changes, and potential challenges Process & Resource Planning Implement structured project management processes, ensuring best practices for planning, execution, and reporting. Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time. Optimise and improve internal workflows, identifying ways to make delivery more efficient. Budget & Scope Management Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets, tracking costs and flagging risks early. Manage scope creep, ensuring client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
