Hose Assembler
Responsibilities:
1. Daily checks of hose machinery in accordance with H&S regulations.
2. Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to.
3. Confirmation of processes on SAP.
4. Final check on orders for dispatch.
5. Assembly of hoses to customer specifications using a range of machinery including cutters, swagers, skivers, and lifting equipment.
6. Pressure testing of hose assemblies as required.
7. Responsibilities as outlined in H&S policy.
8. Work to production order instruction.
9. Work in line with SOPs.
10. Work to company procedures always.
11. Actively look for improvement opportunities.
Hours of work: 40
Days: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5.00 pm / Friday 8 am - 2.30 pm
Rate of Pay: £12.32 but can go up to £13.12p/h with training.
