This is a rare opportunity to operate a well funded speakeasy/cocktail bar with table service as if it's your very own. Due to the very nature of the position and the high level of responsibility attached to it, the bar is set very high for the right candidate.
This role will be working very closely with a team overseeing everything from rotas, orders, deliveries, standards of service, new offerings and general operations. To succeed in this position the applicant will be able to take on a hands on approach and be the face of the business and behind the bar as well as handle the back office work required to successfully operate what is a busy environment.
Ultimately we are searching for an individual with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, a focus on customer experience and the ability to spin lots of plates at once. In terms of experience, a minimum of two years working at management level, ideally in a premium hospitality role. The ability to manage/order stock is essential, and experience working with cocktails and menus would be essential. You should be able to make your own syrups and garnishes or be keen to learn and eventually take over the creative direction of the premises.
