Mechanical Project Manager

Role:
1. Order materials and equipment whilst following company protocols / procedures
2. Direct all of site in a safe conscious manner
3. Be Presentable and uphold the company's image
4. Manage all Mechanical Sub Contractors
5. Generate and review valuations
6. Generate and review all project variations and provide all necessary supporting information
7. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
8. Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
9. Supervise and manage H&S on site to ensure safety on the site
10. Oversee all on-site installations to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
11. Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met
12. Oversee and Manage on-site Quality Assurance & Quality Control checks
13. Liaise with head office and keep up to date with project updates
Person:
1. Knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing systems (Mec), building products, construction details/design and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
2. SSSTS (Essential)
3. SMSTS (Desirable)
4. Trade Qualification (Ideally)
5. Driving Licence
6. Self Motivated
