Calling All Actors, Performers & Creative Minds ✨
Looking to use your creativity in a meaningful way while gaining valuable experience in education?
Protocol Education is working closely with schools across BS31 to recruit energetic, compassionate and engaging individuals for rewarding 1:1 support roles. We’re especially keen to hear from people with backgrounds in acting, theatre, performing arts or other creative industries who are ready to bring their personality, confidence and adaptability into schools.
If you’re someone who connects easily with people, thinks creatively and understands the power of communication, this could be the perfect next step.
Why Your Creative Skills Matter in Schools
As a performer or creative, you already bring many of the qualities schools value most:
* Confidence and strong communication
* Emotional awareness and empathy
* Creativity and quick thinking
* The ability to build trust and connection
* Patience, resilience and adaptability
In this role, you’ll work closely with children on a 1:1 basis, supporting them both emotionally and academically throughout the school day. Some children may need help with confidence, communication, behaviour regulation or engagement with learning, and your ability to build relationships and think outside the box can make a huge difference.
Whether it’s using storytelling to encourage communication, role-play to build confidence, or simply being a calm and consistent presence, every day is an opportunity to help a child thrive.
