We’re looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team in Stevenage on a casual basis. As a Food Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals and service. What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks. - Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks. - Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front-of-house areas. - Ensuring food safety standards are upheld through proper handling and storage. - Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. - Providing friendly and efficient service, including accommodating dietary needs. - Participating in training and team meetings to uphold service and safety standards. What We’re Looking For - Experience in catering or food service (preferred). - Strong understanding of health and safety practices. - A flexible, positive attitude and customer-focused approach. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. - Great communication and interpersonal skills.
