Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Submission Process
* Managing Advisers' Diary
* Arranging Review Meetings with Prospect & Current Clients
* Producing Annual Client Reportsfor Meetings
* Running Adviser's back-office system(Intelligent Office)
* Main point of contact for clients, both face to face and virtually on behalf of self-employed adviser
* Sending Letters of Authorities for Clients to the relevant providers and collating required information on plans and policies
* Ensuring smooth running of the office on behalf of the adviser (for example: stationary checks, managing incoming and outgoing post etc)
