The Bar Manager Role
* 1 year experience as Bar Manager in a busy bar or restaurant
* Passionate about exceptional ingredients, training, and developing new team members
* Managing and exceeding guest expectations
* Ensuring exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
* Being the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
* Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
* Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
* Strong command of the English language
* Strong team ethic, showing respect for your colleagues
* A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
