Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
* Assist with food preparation and service as required, adhering to food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bathrooms.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
* Handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills.
* Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
* A willingness to learn about culinary offerings and drink pairings is beneficial.

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
